We are so confident you will be happy with our products we offer a 30 day guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with any of our products within your first 30 days, simply return everything to us along with your invoice and we will issue a refund for any bottles not opened. Any bottles that have been opened will not qualify for a refund. Your return must be postmarked no later than 30 days of the purchase invoice.
Returns that will not qualify for a refund:
- Any return postmarked more than 30 days after the invoiced date.
- Any one bottle purchases that have been opened.
If there is any reason that you feel you deserve a refund past the 30 day policy, please contact us regarding your issue.
**Any returns involving coupon specials will be treated as normal purchases.
**If you receive a free bottle of product, you will not receive credit for that bottle if opened, nor will you receive credit for a bottle not paid for.
**If you return an order involving a free bottle which is opened, you will be charged for that bottle deducted from your refund.
**If returning a package, please contact us beforehand and ask what the return policy is before returning it to us.
